At each stage there may have been setbacks but what kept him going was his soaring spirits that allowed his journey to progress further. Too eager to make a mark, he didn’t waste any time pondering and joined hands with his brother-in-law in 1988 in a contractual property business that lasted till 1993. During its short stint, their association built small size apartments. If there were stumbling blocks and delays in the voyage, there was also a lot of learning for all those involved with BCC for whom it was hard work that translated into hope that boosted everyone’s self-assurance. After experiencing and understanding the construction business completely, an idea of a construction company of his own germinated in him. And thus, on 5th June, 1995, BCC - Bharat Construction Company was born.
